Job Purpose: Responsible for leading all aspects of land procurement,
rehabilitation, and resettlement activities at site projects. This role involves
managing the budget for forest diversion, ensuring legal and regulatory
compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relations, while also focusing on
documentation, reporting, and the smooth transition of project-affected
individuals. Additionally, responsible for liaising with local leaders and
authorities, mutation of lands, land registration, compensatory afforestation,
and land records management.
