Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Lead Generation
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for SaaS products
Generate qualified leads through digital channels
Design and optimize lead generation funnels
Improve trial signups, demo bookings, and customer conversions
Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels

Outbound Marketing
Build and manage cold email campaigns
Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Work with sales teams on prospecting initiatives
Create lead nurturing workflows and automations

Content & Social Media
Plan content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Create or coordinate blogs, case studies, product content, and newsletters
Leverage AI tools for content creation and video marketing
Manage product launches and promotional campaigns

Performance Marketing
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Test landing pages and conversion strategies
Track ROI, CPL, CAC, and campaign performance

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor marketing performance metrics
Track lead quality and conversion rates




Provide weekly reports with actionable insights
Recommend improvements based on data

Team Coordination
Work with content creators, SDRs, designers, and developers
Manage external agencies or freelancers when required
Help define marketing processes and best practices

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or SaaS Marketing
Proven experience generating leads for software products, SaaS platforms, or B2B services
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and outreach
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition
Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Positive To Have
Experience marketing SaaS products internationally (US/UK markets)
Experience with cold email platforms and outreach tools
Knowledge of SEO and content mar
