About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Marketing Specialist to lead our Revenue team. This person will own paid acquisition strategy across our website, mobile app, and SaaS product suite — with a strong focus on Google Ads performance, agency management, and driving premium app subscriptions. The ideal candidate blends hands-on performance marketing expertise with strategic leadership, and is comfortable using AI tools to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Paid Growth Leadership
• Lead and scale the Revenue team, setting quarterly and annual revenue targets across all products.
• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across the company website, mobile app, and all SaaS products.
• Build and manage a full-funnel paid acquisition roadmap (Search, Display, Performance Max, App Campaigns, YouTube, etc.) tied directly to revenue and subscription goals.
• Own the P&L; for paid marketing spend — track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period across all products and channels.




Agency & Partner Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for all external marketing/growth agencies onboarded by the company.
• Own the agency lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, performance review, and offboarding when needed.
• Set transparent KPIs and SLAs for agency partners and hold them accountable through regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between agencies, in-house design/content teams, and product teams.
Mobile App Premium Subscriptions
• Drive user acquisition and paid conversion strategy specifically for the premium version of the mobile app.
• Partner with product and app store teams to optimize the subscription funnel (ASO, in-app purchase flows, trial-to-paid conversion, retention/win-back campaigns).
• Continuously test pricing, creatives, and offers to improve subscription conversion rates.
