Script Assist is looking for an EHR / EMR Application Specialist with deep, hands-on experience working with configurable healthcare software.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands how an EHR, EMR or HIS works underneath the surface — workflows, modules, configuration, forms, roles, permissions, settings, rules, testing and operational behaviour.

You will combine that application expertise with direct ownership of UK healthcare clients.
This is fundamentally:
A healthcare systems expert who can manage a client — not an account manager who knows a little about healthcare software.
This is NOT a role for:
Medical coders
Clinical coders
Revenue cycle / RCM specialists
Medical billing specialists
Healthcare data analysts
Generic business analysts
Generic IT consultants
Generic SaaS customer-success managers
EHR end users with no configuration or application depth
