About Pro Marketer
Pro Marketer is a Toronto-based performance marketing agency. We scale DTC and marketplace brands across Amazon, Meta, Google, and Klaviyo with deep roots in supplements, wellness, skincare, and apparel. Our mission is championing dark horses: ambitious brands that out-execute bigger competitors. The team is 15+ across Canada and South Asia, remote-first, and growing.

The role
This is a senior seat, not a campaign-management job. You will own Amazon strategy and PPC performance for a portfolio of North American brands, supplements, skincare, and apparel, from launch through profitable scale. You set the strategy, run the ad accounts hands-on, and are accountable for results a client can see: rank, revenue, and TACoS against margin targets.
You will work directly with our founder and project management team, collaborate with our existing Amazon specialist, and turn your playbooks into documented SOPs that raise the whole team’s Amazon capability.

What you’ll own
Full-funnel Amazon advertising: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP,



account architecture, bids, budgets, dayparting, and creative direction.
Account strategy beyond ads: product launches, keyword ranking plans, pricing and promo calendars, Subscribe & Save, Brand Store and A+ direction, review velocity strategy.
Profitability: TACoS/ACoS targets tied to contribution margin, budget allocation across a portfolio, monthly forecasting, you manage spend like it’s your own P&L.;
Category playbooks: supplements (compliance-aware copy and targeting), skincare/beauty, and apparel (variation-heavy catalogs and seasonal planning).
Current-business support: senior-level account audits and growth plans for prospective clients.
Client communication: lead the Amazon portion of weekly client calls and own monthly performance reporting, insight and next moves, not screenshots.
SOPs and mentorship: document your playbooks, brief and level up our internal Amazon team.
