About the Role
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Interns who are interested in building a career in recruitment and hospitality. This is a hands-on internship with structured training and exposure to live recruitment mandates.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability
• Conduct initial screening calls and candidate interactions
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Review recruitment data and maintain candidate records
• Support the Talent Acquisition team on active mandates
Who Can Apply
• Graduates/postgraduates in HR, Hospitality, Business Management or related fields
• Freshers interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret information
• Confident in speaking with candidates
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment
