Job Overview
As the Fine Arts Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of all aspects related to the relocation of fine arts assets within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive plans and schedules for the relocation of fine arts assets, considering logistical requirements, timelines, and project constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to establish priorities and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and service providers for fine arts relocation services, including packing, transportation,



and installation. Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and ensure compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints.
Asset Inventory and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of fine arts assets, including artworks, sculptures, and artifacts, to determine their condition, fragility, and transportation requirements. Develop inventory lists and documentation to track the location and status of assets throughout the relocation process.
Packing and Handling: Coordinate the proper packing, handling, and crating of fine arts assets to ensure their safety and preservation during transit. Implement best practices for handling delicate and valuable items, including protective measures for paintings, sculptures, and other artworks.
