Role Overview
As an Event’s Executive, you will own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of TCL’s leagues
and tournaments. This is a senior operational role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail,
and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines. You will be responsible for
ensuring every TCL event runs professionally, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute TCL leagues, tournaments, and special events across multiple venues.
• Create detailed event plans including schedules, matchday workflows, manpower deployment,
and contingencies.
• Oversee matchday operations including registrations, fixtures, officials, medical, and logistics.

2. Venue & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with venue owners and facility managers for bookings, layouts, and compliance.
• Manage vendors for equipment, referees, medical services, branding, printing, and logistics.
• Ensure all vendors deliver as per timelines, quality standards, and agreements.

3. Team, Official & Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for teams, academies, referees, and technical officials.
• Handle pre-event briefings, matchday issue resolution, and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain strong working relationships with associations, coaches, and community
