Role Description The Math Mentor (USA Shift) role is a full time remote position focused on teaching and mentoring learners in mathematics. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering live online math sessions, explaining concepts clearly, and adapting teaching methods to different age groups and skill levels. The mentor will prepare lesson plans, use digital tools and platforms to facilitate interactive learning, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. Additional responsibilities include tracking learner progress,



communicating with caregivers when needed, and collaborating with the team to continuously improve teaching materials and approaches.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in school-level and early college-level mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Experience teaching or mentoring children and teens in an online or classroom setting, with engaging and age-appropriate instructional methods.
Comfort using digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and other online educational resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide supportive, constructive feedback.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work full-time on USA-based shifts and manage a consistent schedule in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Edu
