Youth For Seva is seeking an experienced Chapter Coordinator – Volunteer Management to lead volunteer engagement, stakeholder coordination, events, and chapter programmes. The ideal candidate will have robust community exposure, people and event management skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning through reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities
Volunteer Management: Build, engage, and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and ensure their continued participation in YFS activities.
Volunteer Engagement: Identify suitable volunteering opportunities and facilitate meaningful volunteer participation across programmes.
People & Event Management: Plan and coordinate volunteer activities, events, orientations, and engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with schools, NGOs, community organisations, volunteers, and other local stakeholders.
Project Management: Manage projects through the complete project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Programme Execution:



Ensure timely and effective implementation of chapter activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain volunteer records, programme updates, reports, and other documentation using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Community Outreach: Leverage strong community exposure and local networks to identify opportunities and strengthen the chapter's volunteer base.
Travel & Field Engagement: Regularly travel within the assigned area to support volunteer activities, stakeholder meetings, and programme execution.

Primary Requirements
4+ years of volunteering experience, with at least 2 years of experience in volunteer management.
Fluency in Bhojpuri, Hindi, and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Comfortable with regular travel for field visits, events, and stakeholder meetings.
Experience in people management and event management.
