ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Diploma / Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulic Systems, or Elevator Maintenance
Minimum 6 years' experience in elevator maintenance
Experience with Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF), traction, hydraulic elevators, escalators, and dumb waiters
Experience with major elevator brands such as Otis, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Dover, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and safety-related issues
Ability to read logic diagrams, schematic drawings, and perform fault diagnosis
English communication skills required
Valid driving license preferred
