Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct lead generation activities,



and support sales pipelines for BrightCHAMPS’ learning solutions. Responsibilities include performing market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective partners or clients, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business development and sales stakeholders to meet targets and support strategic expansion efforts.
