Our client is launching a new Wealth Management division, and we are looking for an experienced leader to build a team and scale the business.
The Role
As VP – Wealth Management, you will own the end-to-end development of the wealth business, with a primary focus on HNI & UHNI B2C clients in Mumbai.
Someone who has a book size of 250+ Cr.

Key responsibilities:

Build a team under you and execute the Wealth Management business strategy and proposition.
Acquire, manage and deepen relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
Drive AUM, revenue, profitability and client acquisition.
Build and lead a high-performing Wealth Management team.
Develop strong referral and client acquisition networks.
Curate investment solutions across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs,



fixed income and other wealth products.
Establish strong client service, governance and compliance frameworks.

What we're looking for:

10+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / Investment Advisory.
Proven track record of managing and acquiring HNI/UHNI B2C clients.
Strong Mumbai-based HNI/UHNI network.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and revenue.
Strong understanding of Indian financial markets and wealth products.
Experience in building and leading teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a current business from the ground up.
