Role Description
This full-time, in office role based in Pune City involves analyzing market opportunities,



defining segment strategies, and supporting sales activities for robotic welding applications. The role includes engaging with customers and integrators, conducting technical and application-oriented discussions, and preparing solution proposals tailored to specific robotic welding needs. The Segment Expert will collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, demonstrations, and training, while gathering feedback from the field to support product improvements and innovation. Daily tasks also include preparing documentation and reports, tracking segment performance, and ensuring alignment with Fronius India’s overall business and technology objectives.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and robotic welding systems, including experience with automated and arc welding applications.
