Nivasya Ventures LLP is a growing real estate venture focused on creating meaningful property opportunities through professional project management, sales & marketing, strategic partnerships and customer-focused execution.
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our team and become an important part of our lead generation and customer engagement process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and conduct effective cold calling.
Generate, identify and qualify potential real estate leads.
Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
Provide accurate and engaging information about our projects, including configurations, pricing, amenities, location and key highlights.
Build a positive relationship with prospects through regular communication and follow-ups.
Invite interested and qualified prospects for project site visits.
Coordinate and schedule site visits according to customer availability.
Coordinate pickup and drop arrangements for scheduled site visits,



wherever applicable.
Assist in coordinating smooth site tours and ensure customers receive the required project information.
Conduct WhatsApp/SMS message campaigns and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments and site visits.
Follow up with customers after site visits and understand their level of interest.
Coordinate qualified leads and prospects with the sales team for further discussions and closure.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead-generation and site-visit targets.
What We’re Looking For

Confident and professional telephone communication.
Ability to engage customers and create interest through conversations.
Robust follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, messaging and PC / Laptop ( Windows ).
