Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2nd and 4th Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for handling assigned leads, communicating with prospective members/customers, explaining Prime Rishta's services, following up with leads, converting eligible leads into paid registrations/sales, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Handle and respond to assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
▪️Communicate professionally with prospective members/customers and understand their requirements.
▪️Explain Prime Rishta’s services, offerings,



and registration process clearly.
▪️Maintain accurate and updated lead/customer records in the CRM.
▪️Meet assigned sales and conversion targets.
▪️Coordinate with the relevant internal teams when required.

Required skills:
▪️Solid verbal and written communication skills in English & Punjabi.
▪️Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or lead conversion is preferred.
▪️Preferred experience in B2C sales in Matrimonial, real estate, insurance, education, fintech, hospitality or other target-driven sales environments.
▪️Any graduate, experienced or fresher.
