Job Description -
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven digital marketing leader to build and scale Krisala’s digital growth engine and establish digital as a key revenue-generating channel for the organization.
The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital acquisition across performance marketing, lead generation, funnel optimization, CRM, marketing automation,



SEO, CRO, analytics, and digital attribution. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing large digital spends, generating high-quality leads, improving lead-to-site-visit and booking conversions, and driving measurable revenue contribution through digital channels.
The role will work closely with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and senior leadership to create a data-driven digital ecosystem focused not merely on lead volumes, but on lead quality, site visits, bookings, cost efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
