A Packaging Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing packaging solutions that ensure tractors, assemblies, and spare parts are safely transported to international customers while meeting quality, regulatory, and cost requirements. The role focuses on product protection, export compliance, logistics optimization, and continuous improvement of packaging systems.
