Job Title - General Manager - Events
Location - Pune

Job Description -
We are looking for a highly creative, execution-focused, and business-driven leader to lead our Experiential Marketing & Events Vertical. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact experiences that drive footfalls, engagement, customer acquisition, and bookings across Krisala's residential, commercial, and township developments.



The ideal candidate will combine creativity with commercial acumen and possess a proven track record of delivering large-scale launches, activations, and customer engagement initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead execution of project launches, broker meets, investor events, and site activations
Design experience-led concepts aligned with brand positioning and buyer psychology
Drive footfall → engagement → conversion pipelines through events
Collaborate deeply with Sales teams for closure-focused execution
Own end-to-end event lifecycle (concept → execution → conversion tracking)
Manage agencies, vendors, and large-scale logistics
Elevate site offices, sample flats, and launch environments to premium standards

Must Have Skills-
Solid expertise in Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Brand Activations, and Customer Engagement.
Proven experience in executing large-scale real estate launche
