Create content aligned with the firm's content calendar
Review drafts with founder/client service team for approval
Manage posting and distribution
Targeted DMs to prospective clients
Track growth metrics like engagements, connections, DMs etc.

Email Newsletter — Brevo

Preparation of periodic update emails and newsletters
Preparation of specialised outreach emails to different sets of clients
Repurpose LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos, and website blog articles into email campaigns
Manage scheduling of email newsletter and distribution
Track growth metrics like open rate, unsubscribes, clicks etc.

Coordination Only

Website (SEO agency executes)

Create content aligned with the firm's content calendar
Review drafts with founder/client service team for approval
Brief the agency on updates to website; relay founder's inputs
Review monthly traffic/SEO reports from agency and flag content gaps or opportunities to founder





YouTube (shoot person + editor execute)

Prepare video scripts in collaboration with the founder, informed by topics prospects are likely searching for
Coordinate shoot scheduling and logistics between founder, shoot person, and editor
Review edited videos and share comments for revision
Manage posting and distribution
Track views, watch time, and subscriber growth; flag underperforming formats to founder

Webinars (execution owned by founder/tax team)

Coordinate monthly topic scheduling with founder and client service team
Manage registration page setup, reminder sequences, and post-webinar follow-up emails
Track registrations vs. attendance; flag engaged attendees to founder for follow-up
Repurpose recordings into clipped content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and email, in coordination with the YouTube editor
