We are hiring for the role of Control Tower Executive - Warehouse Operations/ B2B Operations on an urgent basis for Gurgaon location.

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Operational Monitoring
Monitor daily warehouse operations remotely through ERP/WMS and operational dashboards.
Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement activities.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Highlight operational exceptions and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.
System & Process Analysis
Perform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, delayed transactions, and operational exceptions.
Verify system transactions against process compliance and supporting records.
Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
MIS & Data Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP,



Power Query, and charts.
Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting.
Provide data-driven insights to improve warehouse performance.
AI & Process Improvement
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting, summarize operational data, and identify trends.
Support automation of recurring reports and operational analysis.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Inventory & Compliance
Monitor inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and process controls.
Support internal audits, stock reconciliation, and compliance reviews.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse teams for clarification and timely resolution of operational issues.
Follow up on corrective actions and track closure.
