Continental Chef / Chef de Partie – Nineteenth May, Mohali

Nineteenth May is hiring an experienced, hands-on Continental Chef for restaurant and catering production.

The candidate should be robust in Continental and Italian cooking, including soups, mother sauces, pasta, pizza, grills, sandwiches, burgers, salads, breakfast items and modern plating.

Key responsibilities: • Independently manage the Continental section. • Maintain recipe, taste, presentation and portion consistency. • Plan mise-en-place for restaurant service and catering orders. • Prepare sauces, soups, pasta, pizza and grilled dishes. • Supervise junior kitchen staff during busy service. • Control wastage, storage, hygiene and food-safety standards. • Support stock checks and daily ingredient planning.





Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant Continental-kitchen experience. • Stable employment history; normally one year or more in each job. • Strong practical cooking skills and professional kitchen discipline. • Immediate joining or within 7 days preferred. • Selection includes a practical cooking trial and reference check. • Open to all genders.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and practical skill. Work location: Nineteenth May, SCO 35, Sector 67, Mohali. Accommodation is not provided separately.
