- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan offers (personal, home, business, etc.)
- Explain loan features such as interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/loan processing team
- Follow up with interested customers to complete the loan application
- Maintain customer database and update call records
- Handle inbound inquiries about loan services
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status updates
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
