Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, ensure timely delivery of products, and support day-to-day business activities in the field. The ideal candidate should be versatile, physically active, and willing to adapt to changing demands and timings as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers/dealers/retailers as assigned.
- Work in the field according to the demand of time, including flexibility to extend hours or adjust schedules based on business needs.
- Visit assigned locations/customers as per the daily route plan.
- Collect orders, payments, or documents from clients/customers as required.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and field visits.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers.
- Report field activities, issues, and market feedback to the reporting manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure products are handled and delivered without damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/office team for stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Resolve on-field customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
