- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative and commercially viable fashion jewellery designs and collections.
- Research international fashion trends, jewellery trends, colours, materials, and seasonal directions.
- Create design concepts for:
- Earrings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Bangles
- Rings
- Brooches
- Hair Accessories
- Charms & Pendants
- Jewellery Sets
- Develop collections according to season, buyer requirements, price points, and target markets.
- Prepare detailed design sheets, sketches, technical specifications, measurements, materials and colour details.
- Work with materials such as metal, brass, alloy, stainless steel, beads, stones, crystals, pearls, enamel, resin, acrylic, wood and mixed media.
- Select appropriate stones, beads, colours, textures, plating and finishes.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing,



sampling and production teams for product development.
- Develop samples and review prototypes to ensure design accuracy.
- Modify designs based on buyer/client feedback.
- Ensure designs are suitable for mass production and commercial costing.
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to resolve design and production-related issues.
- Maintain seasonal design libraries, mood boards, trend boards and product archives.
- Develop recent concepts while maintaining the brand's design identity.
- Monitor competitor products and international jewellery brands for market intelligence.

Ensure all designs meet required quality, aesthetic and commercial standards.
