We are looking for a responsible and hardworking FI, Collection & Recovery Executive to handle field verification, customer collections, and payment recovery for Safeli Batteries.
- Conduct field investigations (FI) and verify customer details, address, documents, and business information.
- Visit customers regularly for payment collection and recovery.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with the office/management regarding customer accounts and recovery status.
- Identify and report high-risk or doubtful cases.
- Ensure skilled and polite communication with customers during recovery.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.
