We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Inside Sales & Product Onboarding Specialist to join Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will identify prospective IndiaMART sellers, pitch our automated SaaS tool (IMBot), conduct live remote product setups via UltraViewer/AnyDesk, and guide users through onboarding to convert them into paid subscribers. You will also manage ongoing user queries, providing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex technical issues to our core engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Sourcing & Cold Outreach

- Identify and build targeted lists of active sellers and businesses listed on IndiaMART.
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and product pitches to explain how IMBot automates lead extraction, responses, and workflow efficiency.
- Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and secure commitments for live product demos.

2. Product Demo, Onboarding & Setup

- Deliver engaging, high-conversion software demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Connect remotely via tools like UltraViewer, AnyDesk,



or TeamViewer to install, configure, and initialize the IMBot tool on client systems.
- Walk users through system capabilities, settings, and best practices to ensure immediate adoption.

3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation

- Guide trial users toward paid membership tiers through structured follow-ups.
- Handle pricing objections, negotiate subscription terms, and close software licenses.
- Track conversion pipelines and hit monthly sales and active user onboarding targets.

4. Client Support & Technical Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, operational troubleshooting, and basic functional issues.
- Document system bugs or configuration bottlenecks and escalate technical escalations directly to the internal development team.
- Maintain positive client relationships to ensure high renewal and retention rates.
