Responsible for project planning, monitoring progress, quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, cost tracking, and preparation of project-related reports. The role ensures that project execution is aligned with the approved schedule, budget, drawings, BOQ, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in planning, billing, quantity surveying, or project controls.
- Experience in construction/infrastructure projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

- Prepare detailed project schedules and work programs using MS Project / Primavera P6.
- Develop weekly and monthly project plans and track actual progress against planned progress.
- Monitor project milestones, delays, productivity, and resource requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Identify delays and assist in developing recovery plans.
- Prepare progress measurement and project dashboards.




- Maintain updated project schedules and forecasts.

Billing & Quantity Surveying

- Prepare client running account bills (RA Bills) based on executed quantities.
- Verify measurements from site and prepare quantity abstracts.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and variation statements.
- Check subcontractor/vendor bills against work executed and contractual rates.
- Prepare reconciliation of materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and other major items.
- Track certified bills, outstanding payments, retention, advances, and deductions.
- Assist in preparing extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Ensure billing documentation complies with contract requirements.

Technical Skills

- MS Excel – Advanced
