Table Setup: Guests ke aane se pehle tables ko clean karna, tablecloths lagana, aur cutlery (spoon, fork, knife) sahi se set karna.

Guest Welcome: Guests ka achhe se welcome karna, unhe seat tak le jana, aur unhe menu card dena.

Serving: Guests ko water serve karna, drinks deliver karna, aur order ke hisab se food table par lana.

Table Clearing: Guests ke khana khane ke baad table se gande bartan hatana aur table ko agle guest ke liye ready karna.

Dishwashing: Gande bartan, pots, aur pans ko dishwashing machine ya hath se sahi se saaf aur sanitize karna.

Kitchen Cleanliness: Kitchen floor par ponchha (mopping) lagana, dustbins khali karna, aur counter areas ko saaf rakhna.

Stock Refilling: Side stations par napkins, sauce bottles, trays, aur utensils ka stock maintain rakhna. [1, 2, 3, 4]
