We are hiring a Social Media Manager for Tweens, a women’s innerwear and comfortwear brand.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scripting, shooting, and managing content for social media platforms. She/he should understand Instagram trends, reels, short-form videos, product storytelling, influencer/UGC content, and brand communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plan and create content for social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
2. Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars for reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and product launches.
3. Write scripts for reels, UGC videos, EGC videos, product videos, and campaign creatives.
4. Shoot basic videos, self-videos, product videos, office videos, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based reels.
5. Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and internal teams for content execution.
6. Research new social media trends, hooks, formats, captions, and content ideas.
7. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut,



image/video AI tools, and other platforms to improve content speed and quality.
8. Maintain brand tone, product messaging, and consistency across all social media content.
9. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, views, and conversions.
10. Support UGC and campaign planning for Meta ads and brand growth.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram reels, trends, captions, hashtags, and content formats.
- Experience in content planning and social media management.
- Basic video shooting and reel creation knowledge.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Ability to write scripts and creative content ideas.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideas, scripts, captions, and creative workflows.
- Fashion, lifestyle, beauty, women’s wear, or D2C brand experience will be preferred.
