We are looking for Fresher / Experienced HR Recruiter to join our Pharma Recruitment Consultancy team Placement and Beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team leaders to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and employee referrals/portals.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment process during the hiring process
