To manage and monitor day-to-day CNC and VMC production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, productivity, delivery schedules, machine utilization, and safety requirements are achieved efficiently. Have good practical knowledge of CNC Turning and VMC machining processes.
Monitor machine setup, tool loading, offsets, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Support operators during current job setup and first-off production.
Troubleshoot machining problems related to tooling, fixtures, programs, dimensions, and machine performance.
Monitor tool wear, tool life, insert consumption, and cutting parameters.
Ensure correct feeds, speeds, depth of cut, coolant, and machining parameters are maintained.
Support CNC/VMC program proving, modification, and optimization where required.
