- Job Role & Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to assigned client sites and ensure smooth security operations.
- Monitor the performance, discipline, attendance, and deployment of security personnel.
- Coordinate with Security Guards, Supervisors, and site management to resolve operational issues.
- Handle manpower shortages and arrange replacement staff whenever required.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure that security personnel follow company policies and client requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports to the management.
- Investigate and report security-related incidents, complaints, and operational concerns.
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform standards, discipline, and professional conduct of security staff.
- Conduct training, briefings,



and guidance sessions for security personnel whenever required.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and management team for smooth execution of security services.
- Ensure all assigned sites maintain high standards of security, discipline, and service quality.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in security operations and field management preferred.
