Position: Billing and Loading Supervisor

Department: Logistics

Reporting To: Logistics Manager

Job Purpose· To ensure efficient billing, dispatch, loading, transportation coordination, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards while achieving customer delivery commitments and operational excellence.

Dispatch & Transportation Management· Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and availability.

· Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and improve fleet utilization.

· Track shipment movements and ensure on-time delivery performance.

· Follow up on pending vehicle placements, unloading status, and customer clearance requirements.

· Optimize transportation resources to support dispatch adherence targets.

Loading & Unloading Operations· Supervise safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials.

· Ensure proper material handling practices are followed.

· Coordinate with crane operators, warehouse personnel, and transporters.

· Ensure loading activities are completed as per dispatch plans and customer priorities.

Safety & Compliance· Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.

· Ensure compliance with FPS vehicle safety requirements and secure driving practices.





· Verify PPE compliance for drivers.

Inventory & Warehouse Control· Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.

· Maintain housekeeping standards in logistics areas.

Documentation & SAP Operations· Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and dispatch documents.

· Update dispatch transactions in SAP.

· Maintain logistics records and shift reports.

· Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and SCM teams.

KPI Monitoring· Vehicle Turnaround Time (TAT)

Educational QualificationGraduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience3 to 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations
