Telecaller – IT Services

Mehaboob Software Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.

• Explain our website, mobile app, software and digital marketing services.

• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company system.

• Schedule meetings or connect interested prospects with the Business Development Manager.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass.





• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic English communication is required.

• Telugu communication is required; Hindi is an added advantage.

• Positive communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Age: 18–25 years.
