Job Description – Field Sales & Marketing Executive

- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit dealers, distributors, retailers, fabricators, contractors, builders, and other potential customers on a regular basis.
- Generate new customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell PRINCE Stainless Steel Pipes, Tubes, Balusters, and related products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand the company's dealer and customer network.
- Take customer orders, follow up on quotations, and coordinate with the office/team for timely order processing.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding payment collection.
- Submit daily field visit and sales reports to the management.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.




- Provide feedback to management regarding market demand and customer requirements.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in field sales, marketing, steel, pipes, hardware, construction material, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned market area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
- Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
