We are seeking high-performance Retail Sales Executives who are driven, disciplined, and capable of delivering measurable results in a competitive retail environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional in-store customer experience
- Convert walk-in inquiries into successful sales transactions
- Provide detailed product consultation on smartphones and accessories
- Manage exchange transactions with proper device evaluation
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Execute structured upselling strategies for accessories and add-ons
- Maintain accurate billing and sales documentation
- Ensure professional product display and store presentation
- Adhere to company pricing, negotiation, and compliance standards




- Support team collaboration and contribute to overall store growth
- Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in mobile retail sales preferred
- Robust product knowledge of smartphones (Apple, Samsung, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages required: English and Hindi
- Malayalam or Tamil proficiency preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations
