Key Responsibilities

Access Control

- Monitor entry and exit points at gates, visitor lobbies, and vehicle checkpoints.
- Verify credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors by checking ID cards and passes.
- Log all incoming and outgoing vehicles, checking transport documentation for raw materials and finished goods.
- Prevent unauthorized entry of people or prohibited items into the manufacturing floor.

Surveillance and Patrolling

- Conduct regular patrols around the perimeter, warehouses, parking areas, and production zones.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels for suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Inspect gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are securely locked after working hours.

Safety and Emergency Response

- Enforce factory safety protocols, such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
- Respond immediately to emergencies like fires, accidents, or equipment alarms.
- Coordinate with local authorities, including fire departments, medical services, and police when needed.

Reporting and Documentation

- Maintain visitor and vehicle logs with accurate timestamps.
- Write daily shift reports detailing incidents, irregularities, or safety hazards.
