About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to expand our customer and dealer network and drive sales of our lithium batteries, inverter batteries, hybrid inverters, solar inverters, and renewable energy solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, comfortable meeting new people, and capable of building strong relationships with dealers, retailers, installers, businesses, and customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers, dealers, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and local market research.
- Present and explain company products, specifications, benefits, pricing, and warranty terms.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, installers, and customers.
- Visit existing dealers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, pending orders, and prospective customers.
- Identify new markets and potential areas for business expansion.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, accounts, service, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Submit regular field visit and sales reports to management.
- Assist in dealer onboarding and developing long-term dealer relationships.
- Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and outstanding amounts when required.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.





Sales TargetsThe candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

Performance may be evaluated based on:

- New leads generated
- New dealers/customers acquired
- Sales achieved
- Repeat business
- Dealer network growth
- Follow-up and customer relationship management
- Market coverage and field activity
- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, dealer sales, solar, batteries, electrical products, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel/Google Sheets, and other basic digital tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
- Basic understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer handling.
