- Plan and control daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Allocate machines, manpower, and jobs across shifts
- Monitor OEE, cycle times, rejection rates; drive productivity improvements
- Coordinate with QC on in-process rejections and rework
- Coordinate with Maintenance on machine breakdowns/PM schedules
- Coordinate with Stores/Procurement for material availability
- Manage supervisors/shift in-charges and operator performance
- Ensure adherence to safety and ISO/QMS procedures
- Report production MIS to Plant Head/Director
