We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft and post job openings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Perform reference and background checks when required.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist with employee engagement and other HR activities when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles.
- Knowledge of HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
