Job Title: Field Executive / Data Collection Staff (Monthly Basis)

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and active Field Executives to join our team on a monthly basis. In this job, you will visit different public places like shopping malls, car showrooms, and public gardens. Your main work will be to talk to people, ask simple questions, and note down their answers on a mobile phone or tablet.

Your Daily Work (Responsibilities)

- Talk to People: Walk up to people in malls, showrooms, and gardens politely and start a conversation.
- Collect Information: Ask the given survey questions and enter the correct answers into a mobile app or tablet.
- Daily Targets: Complete the fixed number of surveys required for each day.
- Follow Rules: Obey the rules and dress code of the mall or venue you are working in.
- Daily Updates: Report your daily work and total surveys collected to your manager at the end of the day.





Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

- Education: 12th pass, or any basic degree.
- Language: Must speak Marathi, Hindi smoothly. Basic English reading and writing skills (to read questions on the screen) are enough.
- Personality: Helpful, polite, and not afraid to talk to new people.
- Mobile Skills: Must know how to use a smartphone, open apps, and type information.
- Physical Strength: Ready to stand and walk around the venues for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Punctuality: Must reach the assigned locations on time every day.

Job Details & Perks

- Job Type: Full-time, monthly salary basis.
- Salary: 20000 per month + extra bonus based on your performance.
- Training: We will provide full training on how to talk to people and use the survey mobile app.
