Job Description – Graduate Engineer Trainee – Sales & Technical Operations

Zebra Lubricants is looking for Fresh Engineering Graduates who are interested in starting their career in technical sales, industrial lubricants, business development and business operations.

Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may also apply.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Any Engineering Department

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and support sales and purchase activities.
- Generate new business leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Identify, approach and assist in appointing dealers and distributors.
- Communicate professionally with industrial customers through phone and email.
- Learn the applications of automotive and industrial lubricants and provide basic technical product explanations to customers.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, enquiries and customer requirements.
- Maintain company emails and customer communications.
- Maintain customer, dealer, distributor and lead records.
- Assist in managing customer enquiries received through the ZEBROL Lubricants mobile application and other digital channels.
- Coordinate internally regarding orders, purchases, stock availability and dispatch.
- Support management in sales development and other business operations.
- Who Can ApplyFresh B.E. / B.Tech graduates from any engineering branch are preferred.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may also apply.




- No previous lubricant industry experience is required for freshers.
- Valuable communication and basic computer/email skills.
- Willingness to learn technical lubricant products and industrial applications.
- Interest in sales, customer handling and business development.
- Self-motivated and willing to take responsibility.

Training & SalaryFirst 6 Months – Training Period:

₹15,000 per month

During the training period, candidates will receive practical exposure to lubricant products, technical applications, sales, purchase, customer handling, lead generation and dealer/distributor development.

After Successful Completion of 6 Months:

Minimum Salary: ₹27,000 per month

Salary Range: ₹27,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Post-training salary and designation will depend on the candidate's skills, performance, responsibilities and promotion.
