Department -Hotel Operations

Reports To -General Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Summary-The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth coordination between Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other operational departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Front Office operations, F&B; Service, and Kitchen operations, with the ability to supervise teams, maintain service standards, control operational costs, handle guest concerns, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Manage and supervise Front Office, F&B; Service, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Monitor hotel SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and safety.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and F&B; team for smooth food service.
- Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff performance.
- Monitor revenue, guest satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

- Computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS/POS systems.

Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Additional professional certifications in hospitality operations will be an advantage.

Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
- Candidates with strong operational experience in Front Office, F&B; Service, and Kitchen coordination will be preferred.
