Job Responsibilities

Waiter

- Guest ko politely greet karna aur table service dena

- Order lena aur kitchen ko accurately communicate karna

- Food & beverages serve karna

- Table cleanliness aur guest satisfaction maintain karna

- Restaurant hygiene standards follow karna

Captain

- Waiter team ko supervise karna

- Guest orders aur service ko efficiently manage karna

- Guest complaints ko professionally handle karna

- Table allocation aur smooth restaurant operations ensure karna

- Service quality aur staff discipline maintain karna

Helper

- Kitchen/service area mein staff ko assist karna





- Cleaning aur basic preparation work

- Restaurant equipment aur work area ko clean rakhna

- Kitchen hygiene aur food-safety procedures follow karna

- Zarurat ke hisab se service team ko support karna

Candidate Requirements

- Restaurant/hotel experience preferred

- Positive communication and positive attitude

- Teamwork aur discipline

- Hygiene aur cleanliness ka dhyan

- Long-term kaam karne ki willingness
