Key Responsibilities-Training Manager

• Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with business goals.

• Coach and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer handling, and closing skills.

• Conduct in-store training sessions and handle large number of team, on-the-job coaching across regional retail locations.

• Develop and deliver engaging training modules, workshops, and learning materials.

• Simulate real-life sales scenarios to enhance practical learning and confidence.

• Identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions.

• Support onboarding and development of current hires into high-performing sales professionals.

• Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.

• Collaborate with regional managers to align training with market needs candidates’ requirements.

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Lead and motivate teams, foster a positive learning culture, manage conflicts, and coach individuals for high performance.
