We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of International Accounting, Import-Export Accounts, Foreign Exchange (Forex), USD transactions, GST and TDS. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting along with international transactions and coordination with banks, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliation.
- Handle Import & Export accounting and international business transactions.
- Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (Forex) transactions and currency conversion.
- Handle USD and other foreign currency transactions, including exchange-rate calculations and accounting entries.
- Manage foreign currency receivables/payables and monitor exchange-rate differences.
- Record and reconcile forex gains/losses and foreign currency transactions.
- Handle Import payments, Export receipts, LC, Bank Remittance, SWIFT and related banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks regarding foreign currency payments, receipts and Forex-related transactions.
- Prepare and verify international invoices, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements related to domestic and international transactions.
- Ensure proper accounting of Import Duty, CHA charges, freight,



clearing expenses and other import-related costs.
- Prepare MIS reports, monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables, including foreign currency balances.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of foreign customers, overseas suppliers and bank accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal departments for accounting and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS and foreign exchange regulations.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software/ERP
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred CandidateCandidate should have practical experience in International Accounts / Import-Export Accounts / Foreign Currency Accounting and should be comfortable handling USD transactions, Forex calculations, international payments and receipts independently.
