Eligibility & Salary Structure

- Graduates / Freshers (Claims / FCC): Eligible
- Salary: ₹28,000 / month
- HSC (12th Pass): Minimum 6 months of work experience required
- Salary: ₹35,000 / month
- Fraud Management Track: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience required
- Salary: ₹34,000 / month

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for global financial transactions.
- Domain Focus: Handling customer queries related to international banking, financial crime compliance (FCC), claims, and fraud management.
- Problem Solving: Analyzing transaction issues, evaluating risk factors, and ensuring complete compliance with standard banking protocols.
- Flexibility: Full availability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
