Virtual Pics is hiring a Customer Service Executive – Operations to join our growing team.

We are looking for a responsible, dedicated and proactive person who can take ownership of customer projects and ensure smooth coordination from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily customer queries and requirements professionally.
- Collect and understand project details from photographers/customers.
- Manage and track multiple projects and their daily workload.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up regularly on pending projects and deadlines.
- Provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate project details and records.
- Ensure excellent customer service with minimum complaints and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Take complete ownership of assigned customers and projects.
