We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor / Production Manager to join our printing production team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Offset and/or Flexographic Printing, with the ability to manage production operations, manpower, quality, productivity, and delivery schedules efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, supervise, and manage daily printing production activities.
- Handle Offset and Flexographic printing operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production activities.
- Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and downtime.
- Maintain required quality standards throughout the production process.
- Minimize material wastage, rejections, and production losses.
- Coordinate with Pre-Press, Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Troubleshoot production and printing-related issues.




- Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per production schedules.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff and machine operators.
- Required Experience & Skills[5-10] years of experience in the printing industry.
- Robust practical experience in Offset and/or Flexographic Printing.
- Experience in production planning and team management.
- Good understanding of printing processes, quality control, and production parameters.
- Ability to control wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in packaging, labels, commercial printing, or flexible packaging will be preferred.
